In this regard, this study uses a sample of patients from 22 ICUs, each having 150 patients; these patients are divided into experimental and control. The experimental group will receive a repositioning therapy characterized by two frequency levels of repositioning or manual posture, while the control group experiences only conventional care. The results of these interventions are calculated based on the rate of progression of ulcers in both groups and the frequency of ulcers in each patient. The statistical difference between the frequency of occurrence of ulcers and their progression between the two groups is sufficient to understand the positive impact of repositioning therapy in reducing the frequency and intensity of ulcers. For this purpose, this study uses a sample of 33 patients suffering from various types of cancers who reported pain on the day of discharge and were evaluated using the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Generic, Cancer Module, Multidimensional Fatigue Scale. The comparative analysis of the pain experienced by these patients and the quality of life after their discharge from the hospital reveals that approximately 51.5 percent of patients suffer from pain after discharge, regardless of the type of cancer they have. Moreover, the results indicate that such patients also experience excessive fatigue associated with the pain, leading to deterioration of the quality of their life, characterized by their lower scores on the HRQOL scale. Another important observation that this study reveals is the greater deterioration of life in terms of emotional well-being in female and adolescent patients. Among all cancer patients, those suffering from sarcomas experience a significant reduction in their living standard related to cognitive, physiological, and social health. While searching for potential remedies for this issue, this article conducts a systematic review of studies to evaluate the efficacy of tele-pharmacy services in improving medication adherence in the target population. The article includes studies selected by carefully searching credible databases such as PubMed, Scopus, ProQuest, Web of Science, and Embase, with a time limit of studies published from 2000 onwards. The review of the selected 52 articles reveals facilitated identification of technology and user-related factors associated with tele-pharmacy. However, using these factors, this article suggests using tele-pharmacy to increase medication adherence in older adults under effective patient-doctor communication, proper training, and consistent support from experts.
