A fourth Ave Flyover Park is an ideal project that can welcome gateway to community members and students. The area’s future will include art, landscaping, and lighting to emerge as an urban underpass park. Notably, forgotten spaces can be transformed into ideal thriving urban spaces. One reason for choosing the 4th Avenue Flyover Park topic is that the project will create a vibrant community hub where residents can enjoy an active lifestyle and ideal environment (Harris, 2018). The flyover park design will embrace the needs of the community through a sustainable and innovative design that policymakers can replicate in other underutilized spaces in the city (Boeing, 2020). The park will consist of various concepts and features, including tiered seating for events, natural landscapes, and a family-friendly play area. The plan will also include swings, a vertical play log, a wooden boardwalk, and an outdoor classroom.
