1 Executive summary
Industrial revolution has been one of the most innovations in the history of mankind. The nature and ultimate development of technological innovation led to another form of civilization of the modern society. This has increased the lifestyle and changed different many things in the community and society through which different people and communities relate to each other. Different communities and societies in the pre-industrial era were mainly agrarian based and this proved to be their point of observation, learning, lifestyle and establishment of culture. But during the late 18th century, there was a seen in the technological development that started slowly and increased after the world wars as the commencement of the 19th and 20th centuries. Therefore, it is important and necessary to encompass the information and findings that have been developed ever since the technological and industrial revolution. Thus, the outcome is the development and creation of the necessary instances that have seen the creation and establishment of different industrial culture, (Brezina, 2005). The modernism experienced in the community nowadays is a result of revolution in the industrial era. Therefore, as a result the advancement from the agrarian revolution, it brought about many different changes and consequences that have changed the community and beliefs of different the society. Through issues such as capitalism, globalization, technological advancements and equality, the revolution has changed the mode and communication in the community especially in the work place situations. Thus, the culture and structuring in the American place has and went through transformation due to the many concepts of industrial revolution in the society. This increased the capacity of working and culture efficiency in the working place and lifestyles.
2 Background Information
The concept of industrial revolution introduced different aspects of modernism and ways of thought that many people didn’t knew existed. The start of industrial revolution changed the domination of agrarian revolution in catering for the community and at a large margin the plowing of the lands. As a result, the Americans, Britons , French, Portuguese and Germans led another life that did not engage in the productivity and usability of relevant information important in describing the nature and roles of mankind in moving and establishing their own information. The pre-industrial era was one that was dominant in the usability of the local forms of producing different concepts of economy, survival and developing their societies. But after the revolution of war, different societies embarked in industrialization, realizing the dream of having a community that is structured through leadership and productivity. The change of thought came in and the society through its many philosophers and scientists, different aspects of industrial revolution started. The commencement of this era introduced different means through which different societies and communities used their resources in the support of leadership, cohesion, integration and productivity. The mechanisms that were applied by different communities embarked on the productivity and establishment of different activities. The Britons used coal that replaced the dependence of firewood in warming and cooking facilities. Although the extraction was difficult and its usability increased pollution cases, the application of coal introduced different aspects such as engines and other machinery. Through this form of revolution, coal usability and business spread across the region of Western and Eastern Europe. It is therefore, necessary to indicate the restricting and importance of industrialization in the society and its many activities. The consequences of industrialization were many, but the positivity associated with the revolution increased and offered several advantages to the community. For example, the American culture was influenced by the rapidity of development and accumulation of resources for the industrialization sector.
3 Scope of the Study
The important information is important and offering the evidence in supporting the many different aspects of production in the modern community. In this term paper there are many ideas and concepts of industrialization that had changed and improved the communication, thinking, learning, structuring and culture in the modern society, not only of Americans but everybody. Therefore, industrialization has been associated with efficiency globalization and capitalism. These are the main backbones that resulted from industrialization. Although they are essential, it is important and necessary to support the implementation and creation of technological solutions. What does technology entail in the modern community? It is the essence of industrialization and its technology based advancement in issues such as production, manufacturing, business solutions and communication technologies that the communities have changed their perspective of social life, communicating and sharing of information between different modules or entities. Finally, the human nature of thought and wisdom was influenced by the thought! This has brought about equality of persons around the community and modern community, (Musson & Robinson, 1994). Therefore, looking and applying these results and factors in the American society, the term paper will focus on the outcome and impacts of the above factors. The analysis will focus on the creation and division of these many factors in the production, culture and restructuring of the workplace or the society of the American communities. More so, looking at the perspective of industrial development and creation of proper mechanisms of culture based on governance, equality in the community, society development, advancement in the technological solutions for industrial revolution, diversification through capitalism and globalization of industrial trends and patterns.
4 Capitalism
The perspective of development of machinery and industries was solely for the formation and accumulation of the necessary resources to support productivity. As a result, it proved to be the responsibility of the community in developing and raising the essence of markets and producing the necessity of human economic empowerment. Although different industries looked at it in different perspectives, it was indicated and raised in the essence of economic development. Thus, different factions of merchants and landlords used their means in acquiring wealth for different purposes in controlling the essence of community development. The American society experienced a rapid transition in the position of attaining power and fostering the implementation of political and power affiliations in the society, (Lovins, 2005). Through capitalism stratification was achieved and many different factions of the community underwent such transformation in the community. This resulted in the creation of a system of machinery and resources valued at the production and improvement of products and service allocation. The attainment of power and wealth ensured the probability of attaining dignity in the society. For example, in the modern society, the culture is influenced by the factor of investment in the community and different markets. Essentially the case of capitalism developed the community in the essence of productivity and increasing the faction of human associations through labor and financing different developments.
Impacts of capitalism in the Modern Culture
The above definition and analysis of capitalism, introduced different aspects of modernism and new culture. Capitalism introduced different working mechanisms in the modern community. These many changes that were associated with capitalism were mainly established in the factor of the community. The Americans and Britons had the similar form of culture that was influenced by capitalism through;
* Productivity
Capitalism changed the essence and objectives of working. It increased and raised the perspective and motivation of many communities. Thus, it offered a reliable solution of governing and supporting human development through the creation of improved and increased productivity in the machineries and workplaces, (Musson & Robinson, 1994). Communities and societies changed in accordance to division of labor and the effort needed in offering services and improving the allocation of services in the community.
* Costs of production
As production qualities increased and costs increased in quality. The production costs on the other hand changed and reduced greatly due to the nature and means of production. Technology and industrialization offered many different people and businesses another option in their objectives. The culture and structure of production and expenditure changed greatly, offering the society another essential strategy to use in communication and production, (Lovins, 2005). Although costs were similarly to change, the essence and acquisition of raw materials also changed greatly, resulting in the production and accumulation of materials for production.
