The applicants admission to an academic program of Miami University requires completed and approved corresponding studies in a recognized institution of higher learning, most especially, Ohio’s public post-secondary institutions of higher education.  Users need to know how the Ohio credit transfer programs work by using both the university website and looking up information on the state education and links are provided at MyMiami.


First, select admission from the homepage then choose the information for Transfer Students option.  The website includes important dates for transfer students and links to transfer resources. Students wishing to transfer must tender their applications and submit all the necessary documentation to the university. In the Transfer Resources, applicants can choose: Transfer Tips, Credit Evaluation, Transferology, Ohio Transfer Module, Transfer Assurance Guides, Credit When It's Due Program and Ohio Guaranteed Transfer Pathways (Miamioh.edu, 2018).
