Thus, my team will hire the most competent candidates, while your organization should also put in place a reward and compensation plan that rewards the most capable employees. We will strive to complement this function through the recruitment and selection process. Misunderstandings can occur in any organization because of diversity in employee backgrounds, but through fostering a culture of openness Landslide Limousines is likely to overcome the challenges of managing workplace diversity.
