Project Country Choice & Outline
This project is about planning and negotiating strategies for a global restaurant we want to open in Nevada, United States. There is high competition in this area, whereby many hotels and restaurants strive to control a larger market share.
A business to perform well and consistently requires good preparation, which entails better planning and negotiation strategies. It would help if one spends enough time preparing to create a successful negotiation strategy. The form of negotiation in this project is a negotiation where we would want to create a long-term relationship with business partners, including clients and customers. So, it will be a repeated negotiation. This negotiation means a lot to us, as we seek out an opportunity to create a business in a new and competitive market.
The following topics are included in this country Project:
1 Business practices and etiquette.
This section involves addressing the target market/buyers, business working hours, introducing the business to the target market, a format of business meeting seating, communication style to be used, negotiation process, and gift-giving.
2 Business Food Protocol
Given that this business will be about food, certain food protocols are to be addressed in the project. The project is to indicate the location of the restaurant, the atmosphere of the restaurant (which includes its situation, Décor, furnishings, and entertainment), individuals to work with (such as business partners, friends, and family), food type, timing, behavior, how, drinks, and cultural taboos/health concerns.

Country Project
The business to be planned and negotiated for is to serve different people across the United States, including visitors from different parts of the world. We intend to invest in quality food and services while relying on highly qualified workers with good communication skills and the ability to create a conducive atmosphere that is welcoming to all customers. Another way to attract more customers is by relying on professionals to prepare food and drinks unique and exceptional from what other restaurants in the surrounding sell. There are two sections of discussion in this project: Business Practices and etiquette and Business Food Protocol.
Business Practices and etiquette.
Our business is determined to serve our customers beyond satisfaction. We are open to everybody, both male and female, from all corners of the world. The business is to serve people both during business hours and holidays. We shall be committed to serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to customers. Most of the target customers are working or living in nearby surroundings. We are ready to welcome guests who might have visited the region for specific reasons during holidays and other days.
We have a team of well-composed members who can interact well with people as they introduce the business to them. We plan to create small cards and give them to people we meet. The cards will contain details about our restaurant. The details will include some of the foods and drinks offered, the location of the business, and contact information, among others. There are also business cards to represent our brand. The cards present vital personal information such as website, phone number, title, name, and email and serve as the first exposure to the overall image of our business. Introductions are essential for this business because they provide a first impression, prepare those we meet for the information we want to tell them, and establish credibility.
Business Meeting Seating: Business meetings are important since they help people feel included, useful, and trusted as team members. Besides, it allows them to contribute to the success of this business CITATION Key19 \l 1033 (Keyser, 2019). We shall create business meetings wi...
