1 Tell Me About Yourself
I am an enrolled business student at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, currently pursuing my bachelor of science, pre-business. I have professional experience in managing social media app, business consultancy planning, and marketing skills, having worked as an assistant manager at Chimney Club. I have also worked as Social Media Drop -Shippers. I was tasked to create a business plan and analyze the competitive environment, mentored more than ten new employees to confirm orders, checked out. Sorted items before shipping on the website; I facilitated peer mentoring selection and purchasing about two thousand quality products and materials according to customer needs, mentored coworkers on establishing good relationships, built relationships with more than a hundred suppliers, and negotiated effective prices. I collaborated with five employees to start team mentoring on excellent customer service strategy and customer complaint response.

It has potential professional growth, which is needed by many positions in the job market. It will tell employers that I have the necessary competencies, skills, and discipline to work effectively and efficiently with others in the business surrounding. It provides a myriad of possibilities as it helps an individual learn the fundamental skills and knowledge of the business. I am also confident I can work in different roles or settings because of the acquired skills and competencies. It is also equipping me with leadership skills because I can master the essentials of business management, theories, and business dynamics. It is also providing me with knowledge and understanding, tools I need to explore and succeed.
4 Why did you choose this company?
I chose it because it is the largest financial life insurance company in the United States and second in net premium base. With this, I will be exposed to proper training during my internship program, more outdoor activities and acquire a rich profile by the end of the contract. I also believe that Prudential Company will absorb me by the end of my internship to work here as a full-time employee. Also, I chose this company to get exposed to challenging tasks to broaden my mind and latitude of thinking. The company has a good reputation around the United States, and its performance is very beckoning to many. Its competitive nature is just overwhelming and desirable.
5 Short-term goal and Long-term goal
My short-term goals are to get the necessary skills and competencies to work in well perfuming companies like Prudential. I need to get that experience on how this company operates, know its leadership structure, and solve issues when there are disagreements. Are there incentives for employees who meet the target and work overtime, and which techniques the company uses to hire and fire people? Lastly, I would be interested in knowing the company's salary structure as I build a network of contacts.
My long-term goals would be to familiarize myself with the company vision and mission and understand the strategic plan and ensure it is achieved. I will also be interested to know if the company will absorb me if I work hard, meet the targets and collaborate with other employees for effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery.
