Modelling Psychology Intervention in Coping with Pain During Injury Rehabilitation

Abstract
Psychology intervention is pivotal in helping people to cope with pain, especially after injury in contexts such as sports. The psychotic intervention such as modelling can help injured people for example sports personalities to have positivity through their injuries by making them to be optimistic of recovery to enhance the rehabilititaton. The medical teams in sports need to practice mental intervention strategies to help athletes to cope up with pain. Psychological interventions in the contexts of physical practices also play a crucial role to alleviate other factors related to injury and pain such as stress, depression, and anxiety. The psychological intervention that I would use is modelling, as modelling can be used to demonstrate the mental depictions that people should have in injury to fasten rehabilitation of pain in times of injuries. Modelling helps to reduce stress, to reinforce behaviors that increase pain rehabilitation, to show people how the can manage injuries, and help people to learn the consummate attitudes to help in the processes of managing pain.

Introduction (Mother Statement)
Psychology interventions such as modelling play a critical role in injury rehabilitation as psychology intervention helps the injured people to cope with pain quite effectively. Modelling is a good psychological intervention model that helps to relieve pain by using symbolic demonstrations to alter pain, emotion, or attitudes that a person faces. Pain might make one feel that he or she would never be able to perform their roles effectively as injuries might have adverse effects on the people that are hurt. For example, if one was actively involved in sports or was involved in physical activities such as gymnastics to help one improve his or her immunity level and this person gets hurt, the person might end up being depressed or stressed that he or she would never have the capacity to perform these roles after an injury. However, there needs to be some psychological intervention to help one have a positive attitude after the painful injury, where modelling would help to shape the emotions and ensuring that injury rehabilitation is an effective process. The proposal shows the importance of the modelling psychology intervention to help people to cope with pain through injury rehabilitation processes.
Literature Review
Psychological interventions are strategies aimed at augmenting happiness and the well-being of people through positive thoughts and perceptions to ensure that one has the right set of emotions even after negative experiences such injury. Injury rehabilitation is clinical processes that aim at restoring a personβs normal health condition after an injury. The concepts of the research show the critical contributions of mental interventions and the way mental interventions help people to keep up with pain and swelling.
There have been earlier studies covered the topics of psychological interventions and the contribution of these interventions to pain rehabilitation processes. Modelling is a good example where the people involved in the interventions show the ones who suffer from injury the best practices that they can copy to alleviate pain and enhance rehabilitations. All et al. 2017 Focused on the way rural medical communities use approaches aimed at teaching people the quality of life and the importance of focusing on being happy irrespective of chronic conditions (All et al. 2017). Happiness is a cognitive process that stems from the brain, where doctors need to formulate approaches that stimulate happiness irrespective of the chronic pain situations that people might face. Modelling can enhance happiness among the people that are in pain as they can learn of how to stimulate happiness, hope and enhance the overall rehabilitation process. Hardison& Roll, 2016 also covered the topic of painful rehabilitation. Their research encouraged involved physicians to use mindfulness health strategies to help in alleviating human pain through their physical approaches (Hardison& Roll, 2016). Turk &Gatchel, 2018 also wrote a handbook that expounded much about the psychological approaches to pain management.
Hainline et al. 2017 also contributed to this topic through the Olympics. The research covered the international Olympic agreement on the matters of pain management in the cases of athletes (Hainline et al., 2017). The Olympics might face cases of athletic injury and deal with these cases need some extensive use of mental intervention approaches. Hsu et al., 2017 also discussed the fear or reinjury, which might be eliminated through the efficient use of psychology interventions (. Hsu et al., 2017). There is also the acceptance and treatment therapy that might ...
