The never-ending debate between persons who support and those who are against physician-assisted suicide has ravaged the medical field, raising the concern “what is morally and ethically correct?” (Battin, Margaret P., p.69). The truth is that physician-assisted suicide is not morally neither is it ethically justifiable under any circumstances. Besides, it is a violation of the Hippocratic Oath as well as not constitutionally binding (Chapple, Alison, et al., p.708).
