Reasons for making English a national language
There are various reasons that results to making English the official language in the United States. Firstly, clarification would be needed in occasions where a conflict arises in meaning between regulations, government laws, or pronouncement that required to be issued in two or more languages. Thus, the English version would be the one in authority. Moreover, officiating English into a national language was necessary for clarification that the government had the mandate to provide it in order to allow the entitlement as well as right to the documents or services another language besides English.
