TBU Individual Training and Consultancy Report: Transition to Online Learning
Consultancy services have enhanced organizational optimization and growth, especially in the education sector. Consulting service is essential since it is based on professional and researched advice in a particular area (Ferguson, 2021). Global organization development is also grounded on effective consulting, which is significant in the postmodern era and technology industry expansions. Organizational development scholars argue that consulting services are an efficient approach to transferring organizational development values internationally regardless of cultural differences (McKnight, 2012). Organizational development such as the TBU strategy to expand online learning requires well-established consultancy approaches to streamlining the objectives, consultancy literature, and practice.
Organizational development is majorly embedded in human values and specific relationships between the individuals and management components. Consultancy services allow clients to link organizational approaches' fit and purpose, leading to sustainable and positive outcomes (Gunter and Mills, 2017). It also enables an organization to gain a higher competitive advantage internationally by focusing on effective strategic plans and recommendations. Besides, the globalization approach which TBU opts for is essential since it creates significant opportunities and minimizes challenges for organizations. Due to the existing organizational challenges, diverse human management practices, global training programs, and global consulting create fundamental business opportunities and growth (O'Mahoney and Markham, 2013). However, some efficient values must be considered for efficient consultancy, including self-insight, linking scientific theory and practices, and promoting international competence. Global business expansion, as indicated by TBU, is essential; however, it needs a reliable and efficient humanistic approach that would break national cultural barriers. The consultancy report addresses the training literature on TBU's online expansion and recommends specific actions to make the expansion efficient.
Background and Objectives
The report is based on specific background and objectives for transforming TBU into an online learning market. TBU is well grounded since it was established in 1950 and had a crucial ground for learners. It also has a stable capacity of 15000 students and partnerships in different countries such as the USA, China, and Europe. The stated partnership gives it a positive image for global expansion and online transition. The key objective is to apply attainable approaches in transitioning to the online learning market. TBU also aims to attract more learners and the international community in its transition. Therefore, the consultancy report is appropriate for linking theory and practice, which would significantly assist the university in expanding to the online market.
Consultancy and Training Literature
Individual training is majorly rooted in reflective practice. According to Zwozdiak-Myers (2018), different organizations have considered reflective practices transforming into the online learning market in the last few decades. Reflective practice defines the competence and approaches adopted to rationalize the organizational goals and expectations. Teachers should consider reflective practice during transitions based on the existing experience and new insights. Reflective is the basis for professional identity and project implementation. It also offers opportunities for professional development continuity and shapes traditional and modern thinking. Reflection-in-action is an essential aspect of individual training that promotes goal achievement. In the education profession, it is necessary to distinguish between reflections on action and reflective in action to allow the embrace of critical, practical, and technical skills, which are viable in the online learning market. However, there are specific models of reflection the organization should adequately consider depending on the suitability of achieving the organizational goals. Schon's theory is significant since it aligns the professionals' competencies and the projected goals (Ramage, 2017). Lastly, reflective practice is suitable for individual training and expansion in the online learning market for achieving positive outcomes.
According to Finlay (2008), reflective practice is significant since it is based on experience. Online learning is not based on face-to-face interaction; therefore, reflective learning is the suitable approach to allow the learners to retain information for future application. The approach is also viable for improving the previous mistakes and building on new insights. Reflective practice is an essential element that determines the growth and suitability of online learning. Professionals can use it to understand the learners' areas of weakness regardless of their location. Reflective practice is also fundamental in addressing problems of ambiguity. Weick (2015) found that ambiguity is the major problem of reflective practice. It has adverse consequences on learning and organizational expansion. It is also a challenge in the online learning market to determine the level of engagement. Reflective practice is essential for tracing ambiguities (Reynolds, 2011). Besides, it is the critical role of organizations to address ambiguities and focus on high-quality productivity. Therefore, it is justifiable that consultancy service offers a better option for addressing challenges, including ambiguities that may jeopardize the organization's capacity to expand internationally.
Organizational transformation and expansion can also be linked to reflective spaces of appearance. According to Cotter (2014), workplaces are significant and should be handled critically using different reflective approaches. Critical reflection is significant for every organization and workplace since it reduces the tensions of gauging a new market environment. It relies on Hannah Arendt's concept, which focuses on the suitability of online transformation and public appearance (Cotter, 2014). The theory embraces critical reflection as a key concept of consultation and improves individual training. Besides, it creates a fundamental guideline and achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, reflection is a crucial approach for learning transformation and organizational expansion.
Hibbert (2013) addresses reflexivity and issues for effective education management. Expansion to the online learning market requires a consultative framework highlighting the key education strategies. Reflexivity teaching is fundamental for critical reflection and education engagement. It is based on four major principles. The key principle is making a reliable and sustainable learning space. Individual learning and consultancy require a reliable and adequate space to ensure timely and efficient address educational issues. Besides, it creates room for dialogue and understanding of any learning problems experienced during online learning transformation. The reflexivity approach is essential since it determines the reflexive capacities of the learners to transform to different learning techniques. It also provides theoretically informed guidelines that streamline learning transformation (Hibbert, 2013). Despite the complexities of the critical reflections and reflexivity, accommodating the approaches in the transition to the online learning market is essential for gaining a higher competitive advantage and promoting global organizational growth. Therefore, the provided consultancy literature provides the basis for the proposed practice: online learning and accommodation of reflexivity and critical reflection.

For instance, with the emergence of COVID-19, different groups have taken online education seriously due to its conveniences. Online education is the best solution to break cultural barriers and enhance globalization. Different challenges and opportunities accompany TBU'S online transformation. However, completing the online project with the consultancy report and recommendations is easy.
Opportunities
Different opportunities exist for TBU's online transformation. The main opportunity is increased online education demand, especially in Europe, where the organization opts to invest. The increased demand has been evident from the pre-pandemic experience. According to Altmann et al. (2018), many businesses are transforming into online businesses...
