In modern marketing, the use of technology in marketing has been key to the company's sales growth. Computers have played a major role in supporting business marketing in the 21ST century. Computers are used to run websites which are used for digital marketing.

The availability of easy communication through customer care enables the organization to collect information from the customers, which the company can use to improve its services. Constant communication with customers helps the business grow and build a successful reputation. Networking has also been playing a central role in supporting and improving marketing in the 21ST century. They have organizations that have developed common networks to share information within organizations or a location. The customers have shared the organizational network to read and download the necessary information from the site.
