There are various behaviors that every person strives to modify. A behavior is defined as a way in which people conduct themselves. Hayes 2020 shows that; behavior is voluntary and involuntary, conscious and subconscious, and rational and irrational. The behavior that has been depicted is failing to exercise. The following article is primarily based on my behavior problem and its adverse effects. The research also focuses on the remedies for the behavior, some behavioral benefits, and the risks involved in adopting exercising and body fitness criteria. Excuses can cause exercise failure. For example, failing to exercise while knowing that I am supposed to exercise, but I fail due to some factors that can lead to various implications such as obsession.
Targeted behavior
The prescribed behavior is that I want to start exercising. I have been failing to exercise due to various reasons. First, I have had many excuses for not exercising. The statement always running in my mind is that it does not fail to work if exercise is so important. Immense thoughts on exercise have led to various complications in my life. Constant guilt has often followed me with many conversions in my mind on deciding whether to work out or not. I often state that the body is always tired, although there is a need to work out. Also, the idea that exercise itself is tedious has had adverse effects on my body. My mind is often convincing that although the exercise burns calories, it is exhaustive all by itself. The myth of no time is exercising its dominance in my mind. Time seems to be lacking as I make conclusions that there is no time. Although exercising is not something one ought to decide once they wake up, I must develop the exercising idea.

The people who exercise have no extra time; they plan their schedules and make commitments. For instance, if a friend has offered a massage section, the offered person will find time in the massage parlor. The above statement shows that everyone has time; it all depends on the priority accorded. The myth of no time as an excuse I have imposed on myself has caused the exercise failure.
Adams et al., 2017 argue that fear has contributed to exercise failure. Every time I have the exercising thought, the secret inside the fear that working out is impossible dominates. The thought of being suck or hurt upon exercising also comes in. Knowing what my body will do from time to time upon exercising brings the fear that my body will fail to cooperate because of imperfectness. The fear of exercise failure has had effects because I have not been exercising for a long time. I have constantly lacked an idea of my body’s reaction, and seeking a trial has led to ignorance of exercise participation. The fear of planning has led to the fear of starting exercise sections; this has made me realize that if fear continues its dominance, my idea of beginning exercise sessions may vanish. Even though fear of exercise failure may be natural, I should consider the idea of its elimination.
Also, I spend most of my time sitting around and watching movies and video clips. Sitting around has made me develop profound implications. I have been experiencing heavy breathing, shooting pains, sweating, and burning muscles recently. The stated implications have raised cause for alarm, and hence I need to exercise. I should not take exercise for granted.
Treatment
To achieve the result, I found remedies from various research articles. I should consider the fear, excuses, idleness, and the myths of no time. I will also involve myself in physical activities and exercising since they are effective ways of overall health improvement. Exercise will provide benefits beyond medication—the person who is more physically active yields better fruits. My exercise will aim to improve fitness in a planned, structured, purposeful, and repetitive movement. I will also consider coping with the exercise failure. Various remedies by scholarly articles have been deemed helpful to the issue of my exercise failure.&nb...
