Social anxiety is also known as social phobia, which refers to the intense and persistent fear of interacting with others. In Saudi Arabia, social anxiety is a significant problem. The impacts of this problem include disrupting individuals’ daily interactions with others, embarrassment, and self-consciousness because of the fear of being judged, evaluated, or scrutinized by others negatively. The two primary sections of this paper are the literature review and discussion. They both emphasize the prevalence and effect of social anxiety in Saudi Arabia.
