Introduction
In today’s global corporate environment, it is very vigorous that for every individual and organization to have a very cultured global leadership and management skills. For every business success; communication and understanding of diversified beliefs and cultures play a significant role. Over the past years for the organizational improvement, the miscommunication has been explored as the most the continuous issue on the global leadership and management concern. In the 21st century, these issues are becoming intricated because of the incorporations and growing relationships amongst the businesses. This factor has affected in psych distances, changing of different geographical and national boundaries which have been imposed politically. According to the knowledge of 21st century; the organizations should ensure to enhance their operations and practical skills in order to relish the success of organizational leadership and management in modern society.
Discussion
In the 21st century, to make operative and quick decisions in business development; organizations require skilful leadership and management change. In this era, the world is facing a histrionic revolution in industrialization and technology with a radical change. The technological growth includes advanced informational and multimedia technologies, the use of computer software, and communication (Luzinski, 2014). The evolving process of the 21st century is most likely to incur until 2100 years with potential leadership and management advancement. Although most of the successful organizations that operate globally address the idea of leadership and management development from a global attitude. According to Saee (2013), the organizations should concentrate on the understanding of different cultural diversity, which will help them in adopting different leadership and management challenges in both ambiguous and dynamic environments.
However, Bush (2012) believes that the companies which are using different practices for training and development of leadership and management are presumably going to end because the majority of the countries are now rapidly becoming more focused in their organizational development practices. The global leadership and management development imitate differently because of the institutional system and infrastructure which supports in shaping the organizational strategies to adopt modern skills. On the other hand, Hanna & Latchem (2013) found that even though the organizational goals may not change significantly, but the strategy towards reaching these goals do change as the actions are manifested by their culture and social norms in societal institutions (Hanna & Latchem, 2013).
Global Leadership and Management in the 21st Century
In a less complicated and slow-moving business environment, the old hierarchy which depends on mostly top leadership and managing people is not workable anymore. In today’s world where the business is more uncertain, volatile, and ambiguous; the success of business is only possible if there are decentralized controls at all networking level (Saee, 2013). In general, Leadership is about taking care of people and compassion. It is said that a good leader always acts by the force of his/her conviction and will in order to move his/her entity in another organizational forefront. While, Management is defined as an act which is required in encouraging, designing, controlling, and organizing operational and personal resources which are required in achieving organizational outcomes (Rebora, 2004). Luzinski (2014), believes that employers themselves play a major role in the development of 21st century’s global leaders and managers. The process of producing leaders and managers of 21st century in enduring and it requires continuous improvement and innovation in businesses and professional bodies.
3.1Global Mindset agreed to Diversity
The development of new models of leadership and management is showing a drastic transformation across the world. Globalization occurs with incorporation in the development of different aspects such as; cultural, economic, political, social, and technological aspects. The increase in the economic integration also benefits in execution and negotiation of new agreements of investments and global trades, resulting in creating new challenges, opportunities, and allowing the organization to enhance their business dealings across nationwide on a unique scale (Hanna & Latchem, 2013). The global leadership and management role also include motivation, bringing the best from people and encouraging them to a new horizon, setting innovative standards for every role, and addressing economical ambiguities.
