Glo-Bus Competitive Strategy

This is a team project. It is about a drone simulation company. Here's the instruction of this simulation company's

Each team will manage a company, which would be required to make a set of decisions relating to the various functional areas in a company in a simulation game, GLO-BUS. To learn the mechanics of playing the simulation, you will need to read the Player’s Guide thoroughly. To register for the GLO-BUS simulation, I will provide each student with his/her industry/company registration code in class after the formation of groups. You will then have to go to www(dot)glo-bus(dot)com and register for the simulation exercise

For the year 3 strategic project my part is this:

•State the competitive strategy the company will pursue in multi-featured cameras and cite data showing that this strategy is either currently on tack or will require substantial internal changes.
