In reality, these cities are inhabited by members from the middle and upper class of the economic strata, who portray a significant variation of eating habits relative to those from the lower class. As such, it is impractical to expect a homogeneous eating habit across United States of America. The questionnaire is assumed to be clear, concise, and without elements of ambiguity.
