Improving time management
Mastering time management skills facilitates an individual to finish their everyday responsibilities effectively and quickly. However, time management is extremely difficult to achieve or reinforce (Sutphin et al., 2015). Therefore, as a student pursuing a professional career, I have come to the realization that whenever I find this feat challenging, I can apply different techniques and tools to develop my management skills. In this paper, I account for personal quality improvement and how it is helping me improve my time management. Against that backdrop, the discussions will demonstrate and include the utilization of at least two CQI tools to scientifically elaborate on the theme.
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the utilization of two CQI tools in improving time management and also outline the steps of the PDSA model for a similar role. My aim or goal to dissect some of the critical pathways that can embolden my time management skills as part of my broad set of skills to help me manage the time I spent in my activities and ensure every second of my time is used as effectively as possible (Schroeder et al., 2008). By managing my time efficiently and effectively through accurate planning of every second every day, it will be helpful in controlling my schedule so that it is spent effectively to achieve the above-alluded goal. Before mentioning how I will collect data and show the evidence of the data collection, it is imperative for me to add that improving my time management sets in line with my intuition that is helpful for productivity in any activity thereof (Schroeder et al., 2008). Therefore, I also aim to determine the very variables that push me towards undertaking important things and the ones that I can drop. Therefore, such will enable me to have control over my daily life and shun distractions that waste time.
Being that this research is quite explorative, I have designed and planned my data collection mode to align with that. I am using empirical and published literature sources which are addressing my topic to the latter. Also, I carried out some surveys, experimented with the two tools of the CQI and PDSA model to document and record some of the critical versions I observed with my trend of time management. The evidence of such data will solely depend on the attribution I have emphasized in this paper. I have listed all the sources of the empirical literature, the tools, and the models herein.

Fishbone Diagram
Fishbone diagram can also be referred to as Ishikwa diagram. This is my causality diagram- meaning it defines the cause-and-effect that is helpful since it facilitates my ability to track down the reasons for imperfections, variations, defects, and even failures (Coccia, 2018). This diagram resembles a fish's skeleton where the problems are placed at the top, and the causes of such problems are embodying the spine. Once the entire causes underlie the problem have been indicated, I can easily start looking for various solutions to eliminate the problem and prevent it from ever recurring.
It is also useful in project development. Having this tool as my problem-solving item will enable me to develop new moves, provide me with care about the challenges am trying to solve (Coccia, 2018). The tool is useful because it will pinpoint everything that is awkward will my daily engagements, and this will help me to develop some creative means to handle what is occurring as a problem.
Overall, I would apply this tool to demonstrate my great skills of observation prevention of some quality challenges even before they arise. It is also useful for me because it is yet to inspire some creativity and new ways of doing things. Below are the diagram and all its embodiments.

Control chart
Control chart is very critical for under this study, because it is a genuine tool I will use to study how my improvements to time management changes with time.
