The 5 articles where you can find from uploaded file

Underline or highlight key sentences within each article. These sentences should refer to pertinent information about the article.

• Use the Adobe Acrobat PDF coloured text highlighting tool to highlight the key sentences.

iii. In your own words, summarize each article in 8 - 15 sentences. Each summary must relate to the subject discussed in the article – and must discuss/include the details and explanations presented in the article (in your own words). Label this as Answer #1.

iv. In your own words, state in 6 - 10 sentences, your analysis of the subject and conclusions in each article. Each analysis should clearly present YOUR reasoning for your conclusions and opinions about the article. Label this as Answer #2.

Assignment answers must be TYPED and double-spaced.

• Answers with fewer or more sentences than the limits imposed above will lose marks.

• All work must be in your own words.

i. Quoting work from other sources is permissible. You must use quotation marks to identify the original author’s work AND cite the source of the content that you are quoting at the end of question 2 for that article.

ii. Quoted work should be kept to a minimum. Strive to use your own words.

Arrange the articles according to the dates they were published, from most recent to oldest.

Each article must be appropriately cited and this information should be clearly indicated in each article.

• You may consider colour-highlighting this information so that the marker doesn’t miss it.

• The title, authors, and the name of the source in which each article was published (including the

volume, pages, date, internet web link, etc..) should be appear in the article.

• This information is usually located near the beginning of an article.

• The internet web link and date retrieved will also usually be included at the top/bottom of the page in

PDF documents.

Include a “Table Of Contents”.

• This page should appear after your Personal Work Statement.

• The Table Of Contents should list the articles in the order described above (dates published, from most

recent to oldest).

• As well, each listed article in the Table Of Contents should list the title, authors, source, and date of publication – using the APA citation method.

o This will be the same information that appears at the beginning of each article, as discussed in Part 4 of this section, above.

Therefore, this information will appear twice for each article – near the beginning of each article and again in the Table of Contents.

Set up your Assignment as follows, in the order indicated:

• Personal Work Statement

• Table of Contents

• PDF of Article 1; followed by the page(s) of your answers relating to that article; followed by references

that you may have additionally used for your Article 1 answers.

• PDF of Article 2; followed by the page(s) of your answers relating to that article; followed by references

that you may have additionally used for your Article 2 answers.

• PDF of Article 3; followed by the page(s) of your answers relating to that article; followed by references

that you may have additionally used for your Article 3 answers.

• And the same for Articles 4 and 5...

Answer one.
On its 20th anniversary, human DNA sequencing is the most successful revolution in the history of, medicine. Doctors, researchers, and scientists can now gain more knowledge and information on the structure of our bodies. They can effectively relate healthy and disease-stricken cells side by side and gains more by sequencing. That data tells researchers what the cells in our bodies are doing at a very high resolution and at a specific time, information that has led to the discovery of many new types of cells, many in the immune system and others in the body’s various tissues. It could be the actual key to finding the cure of coronavirus.in the years. DNA sequencing continues to bring transformation never seen before including the discovery of sequencing technology, therapies for dire disease, and even further research for cures. However, the process has not lacked controversy and completion over privatizing the entire process. As the program gains, more success in the medical sector leaders should do more to support this and many other aspects of public health.
Answer two.
Just like any other sector, especially business completion does more good than harm. There is a widespread condemnation on Celera Genomics for coming up with its work. Their entry in the field of sequencing did more good than bad. The completion led to new inventions and even better and efficiency in the government processes. With the recent eruption of the coronavirus, it would be good to appreciate the contribution of the competitor. Because of Celera Genomics, more funds and discoveries were done leading to the success we have today. The Human Genome Project has been instrumental in medicine and research however, it has been marred with endless controversy. Langford, who is now the Sanger’s director of science worked on the project in the early days and said, “We were in a race. It was as simple as that.” With COVID 19 death toll rising around the world, priorities need to be set to preserve human life a all cost.

Answer one.
Other than nutrition there are elements to the food we consume that are intriguing. Molecules in food can affect the human genetic order in ways we can never imagine. However, the nutritionist that decided to travel this route encountered challenges. It includes reproducing the same result they found in animals in humans. The crucial question was how relevant the research by Zempleni was especially with a discovery that the effects arose from contamination of the molecules. He found a range of effects, including a decrease in the cognitive performance4 of mice receiving the depleted diet, a decrease in fecundity5, and changes in muscular growth. It remains to be confirmed if miRNA has any effects on the health with research on the same inconclusive. For research on the same to be useful scientists need to trade carefully and a lot is yet to be done. The discovery could be a huge help to our therapeutic programs.
Answer two
It is a matter of great concern to find out that healthy food such as milk and even rice can affect our genes. What then should we stay away from in matters of food? What molecular level is sufficient to cause health effects? Although the results are inconclusive now we wait for an interesting future on the same. Effective control of our diets would help stop heart conditions and the serious problem of obesity. Studying the components of foods is an important step in understanding obesity and other food-related diseases. The research has determined that different plants have different effects when they interact with vesicles. For instance, ginger purchased in different stores can have different levels of exosome-like nanoparticles. These different levels mean that the ginger can have strong or mild anti-inflammatory or even escalate the inflammation. Our immune systems and genetic functions depend on what we consume therefore, we need to learn the food language.
