- Pick a sport of your choice
- Watch a game from a media source (TV, cable, Youtube etc).
- Prepare to highlight some of the key movements you noticed. Ie. sprinting, jogging strength etc.
- FIll out the checklist below for the key things to make you a better participant in that sport, in the fitness center or the track and field.ie.pullups,sprint, dips jogging etc.

- Identify the muscles involved in movements observed from the sport you watched on the checklist below.
