Medicare and Medicaid have always been geared towards improving the health care sector. This technology ensures that patient information is capture accurately and that patients are handed copies of information regarding their health. Furthermore, the exchange of information between physicians and quality improvement is largely dependent on technology such as the EHR. The interviewee highlights that there are unforeseen mistakes that health care organizations might experience. It is important for every hospital to ensure that specified timeframes and certain milestones are met before adopting the system so as to avoid penalties and fines (Henry & Patel, 2016).
