Quality healthcare is supposed to be a fundamental or basic need for human life. Every person therefore, is entitled to receiving quality healthcare as a right. Healthcare and insurance are two terminologies that have of late been used quite inseparably. While healthcare entail the actual activities of receiving medical care, such as the diagnosis and treatment and all the services therein, health insurance now comes in to define the means through which one can manage to get such services.
