Introduction
Similarly, to some fellow MSN students, the decision to choose nursing as my preferred career can be attributed to past experiences that made me appreciate the vital roles nursing practitioners play in society. Since my childhood, my parents have always taught me the need to respond to myself and others. There are several occasions on which my parents left me the responsibility to take care of my siblings, especially when they were away on job commitments. In this regard, as I grew up, I began realizing that my qualities and actions in my day to day activities would prove to be successful in the field of nursing. Today, as a student of the MSN program, I have several professional development goals that I hope will guide me in my nursing career as well as enhance social change. This paper will list my Curriculum Vitae and align it with my professional development goals and analyze how they will help improve social change.
