Based on this study, SL and EI facilitate strategy and vision articulation, organizational culture creation and sustenance, employee engagement enhancement, talent retention and development, and diversity promotion. In addition, they improve the relationships among stakeholders, retain clients, create value, and contribute to community involvement (Mukonoweshuro, Sanangura, & Munapo, 2016). In that light, the paper focuses on the interrelationship between EI, SL, and leadership performance and highlights the two primary areas of EI that I need to enhance. Servant leadership involves leaders who interact well with others and serve them to gain authority over his or her followers. The primary thing about servant leaders, which makes them different from other types of leaders is that they perceive leadership as a chance to serve the community, individuals, and organizations instead of focusing on gaining prestige and personal power (Mukonoweshuro, Sanangura, & Munapo, 2016). Servant leaders lead companies by paying attention to their followers such that they work together with them and improve the abilities of their subordinates by guiding them through real examples. As such, they promote innovation, productivity, employee confidence, and motivate their followers since they can see that their leaders are willing to serve (Sudarmo, Suhartanti, & Prasetyanto, 2022). In the long run, workers become committed to their duties due to the proper relationships between them and their managers, which fosters outstanding organizational performance.
