In view of the above, I need to prepare this assignment for the university and Interprofessional Practice Lecture. Here is my experience in our class;

We met at the library as a group of five people, and I was there as the teenager's mother on the team that gathered for a 19-year-old young boy with a habit of alcoholism. The assembled team also included a general practitioner, a social worker, a nurse, and a mental health worker. We were unable to proceed well as a group in accordance with the Tuckman Model, which includes the stages of forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. We did the first three stages when the groups were determined. However, performing the part was a long process. This part may help with the part A…

The whole report should be from up to date data like between 2019-2023… I need citations and references and I’m sure you know that but I wanted to write. Please reach out to me for more information because I need to do this assignment perfect… Please help me… I have uploaded my first part of the report and I have known that it is awful but it may help you to understand the process. I will use it as my assignment, it should only be mine to prevent plagiarism.

Reflective Commentary and Inter-Professional Practice Report
Introduction
Inter-professional practice is essential to delivering successful and integrated care in contemporary health and social care/public health settings. This review examines the advantages and disadvantages of inter-professional practise, including related theory, policy, ethical issues, organisational frameworks, and partnership work (McWilliams, 2020). It also examines the effects of policies, professional codes, and methods on inter-professional practise.
Discussion
Part A
Five individuals were involved in the group’s activities: the mother of the adolescent, who was also a participant in the group; a general practitioner; a social worker; a nurse; and a mental health worker. The conference progressed through the stages expectedly described in the Tuckman Model, but while we were in the performing stage, we experienced some difficulties.
Interpersonal Practice Theme
Providing patients with holistic and integrative care is the primary objective of inter-professional practise, which necessitates the cooperation and effective communication of professionals from various professions to be successful (Rasheed et al., 2018). A contemporary problem that needed to be solved was how to help and assist a young man struggling with alcoholism most effectively. This was an important topic since it required the skills and knowledge of many professionals, each offering their unique perspectives to establish an all-encompassing care plan. This topic also needed a lot of time and effort.
Relevance with Policies
The conversation discussed and debated how various legislation, professional codes, and organisational structures affected inter-professional practise (Kirkpatrick et al., 2019). Individuals can collaborate more effectively when guided by organisational frameworks that delineate the parameters of teamwork.
Challenges in Group
When we moved on to the performing stage, we ran into some problems, despite having no issues getting through the forming and storming stages. It was challenging for us to merge the many points of view into a coherent plan of action (Kirkpatrick et al., 2019). The group’s progression was hampered due to challenges such as impediments to communication, competing priorities, and power dynamics that developed inside the group.
Personal and Professional Self-Awareness
Inter-professional group meetings boosted my personal and professional self-awareness. I also know the challenges of treating his drinking. It highlighted the need to consider healthcare specialists’ knowledge and experience when creating a treatment plan and actively listen to their opinions (Schroeder et al., 2019). This event made me recognise how crucial it is to participate in continual professional development to expand my knowledge and skills, which will help me navigate complex healthcare scenarios.
Critical Analysis of Practice
After considering how I performed at the meeting with the other professionals, I have identified specific areas where I could do better. To begin, I had the opportunity to actively foster open discourse and ensure that all opinions were heard (Forooghifar et al., 2019). If I had taken on a more proactive role, I would have been able to urge the team members to communicate more effectively and work together.
Conclusion
Inter-professional meetings provided valuable learning and self-reflection. It promoted inter-professionalism and illustrated how policies and frameworks affect collaboration and brilliant performance issues. My critical practises showed personal and professional growth prospects. Future partnerships will benefit from these discoveries.
Reflective Commentary and Inter-Professional Practice Report
Introduction
This analysis examines how IPP theory, policy, ethical problems, organisational frameworks, and how partnerships work affect each other. We will also discuss vision, culture, equality and diversity, joint solutions, responsibility, risk management, information sharing, and privacy that help or hurt IPP (Ali & AL-Shilema, 2020). Reflection will be done on personal and professional self-awareness, and practice-based ideas will be closely examined. This study will provide a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and significance of inter-professional practise. During this reflection, I will research the relevance of inter-professional practise, evaluate its impact on group dynamics, and reflect on my personal and professional levels of self-awareness. I will also investigate the significance of inter-professional practise.
Discussion
Part B
Inter-professional practise (IPP) offers health and social care services in which professionals from different fields work together to meet the complex needs of patients, service users, and communities (Forooghifar et al., 2019). In modern health and social care/public health settings, IPP offers both possibilities and problems.
Evaluation of Theory, Policy, and Ethical Issues
The concepts of inter-professional working (IPW) and inter-professional practise (IPP) are of the utmost importance in medicine and other professions. They emphasize collaboration, coordination, and teamwork among specialists from various disciplines to enhance patient care and produce more favourable results. Different healthcare settings embrace these notions, such as healthcare and community healthcare setups. IPP is primarily about bringing together specialists from various sectors to facilitate the exchange of specialised information, skills, and expertise to address complex problems in the healthcare industry (Forooghifar et al., 2019). It acknowledges the limitations of any one profession in catering to all of the patient’s diverse demands and argues for a patient care strategy that is comprehensive and integrated. When professionals work together, they can pool their respective resources, points of view, and ability to solve problems, resulting in comprehensive care that considers the patient’s mental and physical well-being.
IPW focuses primarily on the dynamics and practises of collaborative and practical cooperation. It necessitates honest conversations, mutual respect for one another, actively participating in decision-making, and reaching a consensus on roles and obligations. IPW is aware that effective collaboration among team members is necessary to ensure service delivery in a coordinated and streamlined manner. It fosters a culture of shared learning and development and encourages the dismantling of organisational silos, all of which contribute to the dissemination of knowledge. For professionals to use these ideas at work, they must first learn the necessary skills and then develop an attitude that encourages teamwork (Viskovich & De George-Walker, 2019). This means actively looking for ways to work with people from different fields, communicating honestly and politely, and valuing what each job brings to the table. Professional development activities and continuing your schooling can both help you understand a variety of subfields and keep up with the best practises.
Team meetings, case conferences, and standardised documentation methods can help professionals work together in daily practise. Professionals can also take part in inter-professional education projects and classes. These will help them learn more about different jobs and improve their communication skills. By accepting IPP and IPW (Viskovich & De George-Walker, 2019), professionals can treat their patients in a way that is patient-centered, thorough, coordinated, and responsive to their unique needs. These ideas will help make healthcare better for patients, workers, and everyone else involved. The IPP is based on a number of theoretical theories, such as collaborative praxis and social constructivism. These ideas show how important it is for professionals to work together to make decisions, speak clearly, and treat each other with respect.
Policies impact IPP on both the national and local levels since policies layout standards, norms, and guidelines. Policies have the potential to either aid or impede collaboration depending on the level of importance they place on integration, teamwork, and inter-professional education (Huggins et al., 2020). The IPP raises several ethical issues, including the sharing of information, the maintenance of privacy, the operation of authority, and the existence of conflicts of interest. When attempting to strike a balance between the autonomy and privacy of patients and service users, on the one hand, and the requirement for effective collaboration, on the other, ethical difficulties arise.
Impact of Policies, Professional Codes, and Organisational Frameworks
In deciding whether or not IPP is aided or impeded, the structures, methods, and cultures that make up an organisation play a crucial role in the decision-making process. Inter-professional teams, collaborative governance models, and shared leadership are the three critical components of an effective cooperation environment.

(Baumann et al., 2022)
Policies highlighting IPP can potentially improve care coordination, care centred on the patient, and communication between providers and patients. As shown in the figure above, integrated care policies in Switzerland, for instance, encourage professionals to connect outside the organisational borders of their unique organisations. Ultimately, this leads to improved care transitions and continuity (Carden et al., 2021). Professional standards of conduct and ethics govern individual professional practises, yet, these norms should also encourage collaboration and respect for the expertise of other professionals.
Factors Promoting or Hindering Inter-Professional Practice
Vision
We have a shared understanding of the value and advantages that may be attained by getting past the organisational and professional hurdles that prevent collaboration. When the vision is cleared, the participants can easily work on future plans and their outcomes.
Culture
An organisational culture plays a vital role in framing and aligning organisational values and the work environment. If an organization’s culture encourages mutual trust, respect, and open communication among its members, its employees can work together efficiently (Carden et al., 2021). On the other hand, it could be harder to work together in a culture that prioritises compartmentalization or professional hierarchies.
Diversity and Inclusion
Accepting diversity and ensuring equitable representation for all professionals can result in a more inclusive IPP, with varied points helping produce better outcomes (Kirkpatrick et al., 2020). Diversity and inclusion are considered to be the keys to success for any oranisation. Diversity and Equality IPP may become more inclusive by ...
