• Teenagers and caregivers (i.e., parents, aunt, uncle, or any family member responsible for the welfare of the minors in the household).

  Objectives

• The program aims to:
  • Impart knowledge to the teenagers and their caregivers on the excellent prevention techniques concerning STIs, like HIV,
  • Guide the teenagers where to buy protection devices and demonstrate how to use each to avoid transmitting HIV. This shall be done concurrently with activities and workshops,
  • Educate the audiences on the modes of transmission and early symptoms of STIs and teach them when and where to seek treatment,
  • Advice on the negative impact of engaging in sexual activities at an early age, and;
  • Improve accessibility to HIV testing centers once a month and reduce the stigma against the people seeking help.

Time         The estimated duration of the program is for approximately one hour. The audiences or particpants shall be classified into two groups. The first group, which is composed of the teenagers, shall be lectured for the firsr thirty minutes.
