The need for the project and company fitness It is essential to prioritize quality products with physical resources and services for the external environment. The completion of the improvement works of its facilities, will also mean that the maintenance costs will be lower, since there will be better quality equipment. This make it more attractive for  gym goers, which will most likely result in an increase in the number of users, as many more  take advantage of the opportunity . In future, improved sports infrastructure   combined with access to better gym equipment and machine will promote the use of the gym facility and the sports activities. There is improved performance of physical exercises   under the right equipment training conditions and trainers and.  Furthermore, the equipment is chosen to meet the safety standards, which makes it easier to adapt to the existing regulations. Executive SummaryThe Hofstra University gym is set to undergo improvements making the fitness center better equipped and   enhance the training facility. When approved, these improvements will help make the gym more accessible to more students since the demand for gym services is high at peak times from 5 pm. This combined with the addition of an additional trainer and extending the hours of operations will make it easier to serve more students and improve the facility, by installing durable and most suitable gym equipment.  In any case, the fitness center functions as a place where the students meet and a better equipped facility is one where more people can use the equipment and are more assured that this will maximize their potential.  The fitness center provides various for those services seeking to contribute to training through physical activities, recreation and sports training, which helps to maintain healthy lifestyles and improve the quality of life. Identifying and installing the best facilities for indoor exercises is necessary.
