The documentary by Peter Segal focuses on the constitution of the United States and its relevance to the 21st century. In it, some important points have been raised about the U.S constitution. To begin with, it is acknowledged that the founders purposefully created the constitution with the main aim of ensuring that citizens were treated justly and given protection by the government against any internal and external threats. Another significant point is the democratic nature of the constitution that allows the ordinary citizens to take part in the election of their various leaders such as the president. To achieve this, the right is given to every individual citizen to take part in voting for these leaders.
