In my view, I agree with the sentiments that are expressed by Sherry Turkle. One of the important issues that psychologist Sherry Turkle raises is the issue of "being alone together." In the various places that we go, it is common to find that people whom you are with including yourself do not want to have a conversation with each other. They will rather prefer taking up their cellphones so that they can text the people and friends who are far from where they are. In such a sense, you will feel that you are "alone even though you are in a group" since you are not having a conversation with the people. Everyone is having a conversation with friends who are far away from them.
