If you have Optimum (Cablevision/Altice), turn on the television. Next, click on the “IO” button, go to "Free on Demand", then go to ABC, then find the episode. It is SEASON 11 EPISODE 17. You will know if you are watching the right one if it has the following products: humane pest control, Italian cuisine, baby clothes and a farming business (of sorts).

Fay is looking for a partnership of $150,000 in exchange of 10% equity share. She is looking for the extra amount in order to enable her business open up additional stores in areas with high traffic such as markets.

What is the distinguishing feature of this business? 

The product of Fay was amazing. The Shark tank loved the meatball presented by Fay. The taste of the meatball was the best. Additionally, Mark Cuban was also impressed by the idea of Fay, which agitated for ‘cloud kitchen’ where food could be delivered to the customer. Moreover, the prices of the products are quite affordable to majority of the people. The prices range from $8.0 to $13.0. This is a fair price for such delicious meal.

What stood out about the presenter (s) of the business? 

The Shark team is all moved by the presentation of Fay Brandon. Her presentation was loudest and enthusiasm which left them laughing throughout the presentation process. Fay manages to defend her products and business. Her presentation was convincing as she came well prepared understanding her needs for future progress of the business.

What do you think the biggest opportunity is with this business? 

This kind of business has great opportunities. The new move of food delivery is quite commendable. This will see expansion in market access fueled further by the delicious food which will keep customers coming for more.

Did any sharks invest? Which one (s)?  

Finally, two Shark Tank invested with Fay’s business by offering $150,000 in exchange with 30% equity. This share was divided into two that is $100,000 for the Cuban and $ 50,000 for Lori. In this case Mark became the majority shareholder with 20% equity with an investment of $100,000 and Lori 10% equity with his $50,000 investment.
