I support your analysis of the similarities between Colonel Warden, Colonel Boyd, and AirLand Battle with the Mitchell early airpower theories. For example, similar to how you have highlighted, it would be critical to overwhelm the enemy to secure a victory completely. For example, in Boyd's theory, he has highlighted the operational level where he has advocated for severally disrupting the enemy rapidly and regularly until the point of confusing and reducing resistance (Fadok, 1995, 15).
