According to Eysenck, explain the characteristics of extraverts and mention the biological differences between extraverts and introverts.
Eysenck's main argument was that extraversion resulted from the variation of the cortical arousal. In this regard, he proposed that introvert had very high levels of activity compared to extraverts. Through the hypotheses, there was a need for more external stimulation for extraverts compared to introverts. Another idea that resulted from his propositions is that introverts have a high salivation rate compared to extraverts.
