He is the main character. Amir is a dynamic character

Baba

This is because he is a fully a fully developed character.  Similarly, Baba is dynamic because he changes. Baba does not change in the aspects such the respect he expects from his son Amir regardless of his situation but he changed his views of his son when he stood for women in a truck while fleeing Afghanistan (12).  Baba grew up hating the stories by his son but, as Amir matures and changes, he becomes proud of him and even shows an interest in Amir's stories shortly before his death.

He is also a dynamic character.

Assef

He is a bully around Kabul. He plays pig hole in the Taliban in Kabul town(81)

Assef is an Antagonist character

Hassan

His brother confides him but he does not change that much in his life. He is the complete opposite of Amir (80).
