It provides distance-learning opportunities to nurses and this helps them to advance their skills. In its new learning management system, which is for online education, it offers instruction in a various non-clinical topics for its employees. It has education and training centers in Northern California, Southern California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Mid-Atlantic States, Northwest and Ohio. Kaiser Permanente provides financial aid to students in terms scholarship, student loans, and work study; this is offered as fellowship where students work and get paid, while they study.
QBS Model:
Kaiser Permanente has a QBS model which trains its employees for language services; they provide forty eight language services across the country. It aims at delivering equitable healthcare for its ethnically and linguistically different members. The staffs and physicians are able to communicate with more than 130 languages.
Safety:
