Errors are inevitable in healthcare in our daily lives. However, we can use critical thinking skills to limit the occurrence and relapse of such errors. Taking time to think, rationalize, and contextualize situations builds our capacity to make more accurate decisions free from errors. Our lives are full of instances where we are required to apply critical skills.
I made several mistakes from failure to apply critical skills. One such area where I made errors was during the examination while I was in school . I failed various sections of exams due to the inability to use critical skills.
