Michaela Cullington’s article Texting and Writing provides the author’s views on the impacts of texting on writing. The author is quite articulate with the points, trying to explain each of them in detail. She states her method of research and then delves further into justifying her use of the methods of research. There are a number of issues that this article raises, however, which might taint the argument brought forth by the author. First is her use of quite a small number of people as respondents in the research. When only a small number of respondents are used in any given research, it raises the issue of credibility.
