Introduction
The world politics is becoming more globalized as the marginalized state s and groups are becoming vocal and influential. Therefore, different states and societies perceive the concept of order and justice in world politics differently and the relations hip that exists between order and justice. There are different notions of order and justice in world politics which have been ignored, but the different conceptions of t he not ions b rings arguments on the notion order and justice to understand the areas of agreement and the nature of the differences (Wight, 1976). The relationship between order and justice has been central to the study of international relations. The international states and societies have given priority to the view of order which is focused on minimum conditions for coexistence in a pluralist and conflictual world. Justice has been perceived to be a secondary challenge to order but this position has been reassessed recently.
Order can not be a plain condition by which world politics can be conducted, but it is a value in relation to which the international conduct is shaped (Bull, 1971). The international order is a structure of human relations that foster the sustainability of the elementary goals of social coexistence among the states. Independent political societies exist without forming an international system, but they are related in a sense of interacting parts. The element of international order reflects the sovereignty of states to constitute the international system and society (Paul & Hall, 1999).
The international order is conceived from norm or rule that limit the states violence they bring to one another by respecting the others sphere of jurisdictions (Raj & Pantham, 2006). States must articulate rules and norms and agree upon them to advance the common interest of their states. The international order is a pattern of behaviors that sustain the elementary social coexistence among the mankind as a whole (Cox & Sinclair, 1996). The world order is achieved by universal political organizations which is a dominant feature in divided mankind and separate sovereign jurisdictions. International order is a term of the predictability of the future international behavior that bears a close relationship with societal coexistence (Alderson & Hurrell, 2000).
In world politics order is distinguished from international order which is the relationship between society of states and the world order which encompasses the societies of all mankind including societies of states. There is some common interest in international order that ensures the survival of the society in world politics (Linklater, 2011). Constitutive law is the most common significant rule in international order where a state is the primary bearers of rights and duties, and the coexistence rule where it rules on violence, conduct of war the respect for sovereignty and non interference with other states affairs. International law, diplomacy and balance of power or even war are the principle institutions in international society (Thompson, 1992).
Justice is a term which ultimately gives subjective definition, w here certain ideas and beliefs portrays justice in world politics. The ideas of justice come from the moral ideas which treat human actions as the rights to themselves, but not to the end. Justice is thus considered to be distinguished from the consideration from law and the dictates of prudence and interest. International justice is the moral values that are conferred to the rights and duties of states irrespective of their size and racial composition equally entitled to the right of sovereignty and self determination (Paul & Hall, 1999).
There is a broad consensus of the integrity of state to destroy other states sovereignty, a measure of harmony between ideas of interstate and international justice. While order is a basic requirement of all human collectively, justice can not be ignored although they seem to be conflicting. Order can derogate justice but justice collides with order. The notion of justice in the world politics or international justice and the human justice is a degree of moral rules which are held to confer the duties and rights upon states (Mälksoo, 1999). A state must be equal in rights of sovereignty in the international life to advance its interests. The balance of power and international law can violate the notion of justice and international justice.
The international justice is minor compared to human justice, which refer to the moral rules that confers right and duties upon individuals is subversive of international order which is built on the rights and duties of states rather than individuals (Bull, 1971). The duties of an individual to violate law under certain circumstances are volatile to the international order. This regards to act subjective to well recognized responsibilities but instead the object of...
