Dynasties China and India were by far the wealthiest parts of humankind by the sixteenth century. During the sixteenth and the early seventeenth century, both the Qing dynasty and the Moghul empire experienced a period of great unification and modernization of the two kingdoms. Policy and administration remained critical in the success of the three empires; the Mughal Empire (1526- 1857),  the Ming dynasty (1368-1644) and the Qing dynasty (1644-1912), transcending the pressures of military competition between them. The success of India and China between the fifteenth and early seventeenth century is attributable to the intense polical involvement of the respective emperors. The reign of the three empires was characterized with early imperial projects and political experiment that brought about increased economic growth from various projects such as new crops and domestic animals, importation of metallurgy, adoption of new methods of warfare, as well as writing concepts from other Eurasian cores (Lieberman, 2008).
