The team's purpose is to support the introduction of Smooth Pro, new shaving cream targeted toward men. Primarily, the team is required to ensure the product is well-received in the market.
Team Roles
Five members will make up the team: the leader, product designer, marketer, sales manager, and quality control manager, each having speci c tasks necessary to make the product successful in the market.
Leader: the leader will be responsible for managing the team and performing tasks such as distributing tasks, cultivating trust among team members, and motivation. The leader will also be the main link between the group and the VP. Product Designer: the central role of the product designer will be to ensure the product blends with the customer's needs. The product designer will coordinate with the marketer to gather insights from the market and the quality control manager to ensure the product meets the required standards.
Marketer: the primary role of the marketer will be to design promotional campaigns tailored to create awareness of the new product. The marketer will also coordinate with the sales manager and product designer to share important market research insights.
Sales Manager: the primary role of the sales manager will be to manage the new product's sales and monitor its performance in different markets. The sales manager will also set sales goals for the new product.
