Pompeo notes that it is 'duty' for the examination of the discredited conspiracy theory
In late September, the White House made public a call summary of the Donald Trump phone meeting, which was made to the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky; the public got to be aware of some of the favors that the Republican president was seeking from his counterpart. President Trump was not only exploring Kyiv to go after one of his local competitors, but the president also brought up the issues of the conspiracy theory called a crackpot
The problem that involved Ukraine was about the conspiracy that was referred to as the Crowdstrike, where a call summary was quoting President Trump, which was quoted as saying that” I guess you have one of your wealthy people." The conversation progressed with the issue of the server where Trump talked about that Ukraine has bitten, and that there are a lot of things that went on about the whole situation.
After a week, according to the reporting by the New York Times, the Secretary of state’s Mike Pompeo was defending the President’s request to President Zelensky .despite of the Crowdsrike conspiracy theory, such an action is seen to be ridiculous and should be discredited. According to the reporting from early October which explained what Pompeo said as being “ the duty” of President Trump administration which is to pursue as to whether the attempts to tamper with the US elections had roots in Ukraine even after when the American intelligence reported that Russia was responsible for the tampering.
After about two months later, the Secretary of State Pompeo, as according to how the Daily Beast reported it, the state's narrative is still the same that the conspiracy theory that it was Ukraine that hacked the Democratic National Committee in 2016was the legitimate line of inquiry according to the state. Pompeo who had served as the director of the CIA after being asked whether US should investigate whether it was Ukraine that was responsible and not Russia which hacked the DNC Pompeo noted that if there is information anytime which indicate that it was a country that messed with the American elections that the state does not only have a right, but they also got a duty which is to make sure that they are chased down.
This case is relevant in our study in that we are able to learn that there is need for the president to act for the mandate that he was elected to do and that he is also held into account by the public through public participation as well as by the Congress through having powers to inpeach the president, this case is also relevant to our learning in that we are able to learnt the hierarchy of government. The process in this situation is that of the public participation where a whistleblower exercises his participation right to the way the government is running, which is by way of exceeding how to manage the president's method of administration in the government and relation with other global leaders.

President Trump and Rep. This also dealt a big blow to President Trump's attempt of trying to join up the government of Ukraine in the gathering of damaging information concerning his most potential political rival who is Joe Biden.
Schiff was noted as saying that his committee would continue with the work of investigating the president, which would be through a 14-day recess, which would begin on Friday. He further argued that they need to look into those allegations that that was likely to be not the only communication of a person who was assumed to be potentially corrupt who was shielded by the classified information on the computer system, which was abused for that purpose. These remarks were about the allegations that there was a record of a Trump phone call with the Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky, which were sequestered with a super secure server, which is contrary to the ordinarily used servers used for such purposes.
The Republicans who were on that committee disputed the claims by Schiff, which were a description of the July 25 phone conversation between President Trump and president Zelensky, they reported that this is an example of what presidents communicate. Shiff was quoted saying that the country has been very to their country and that no other country has done what they have done, and that he does see the need for reciprocity in that regard., the quote went further into saying that he needs a favor and that he is only going to tell it seven times, so he better listen well.
For the Republicans, they have been trying to keep the focus odd from the investigation as well as the public attention so that there will be the absence of an open quid pro quo, which will be between Trump and Zelensky. Still, according to Schiff, it is in his belief that there was an implicit offer.
Democrats are also have begun to cause an argument that Trump seeking help for his reelection from the foreign government will be considered an impeachable offense, whether it was as a part of frank exchange.
