Instructions These essays are very important elements of this online class. These are important because they express the central insight of Buddhism, the 4 Noble Truths. Briefly summarize the 4 Noble Truths and consider how any one of the Noble Eightfold Path (aka Magga) elements may help one reduce suffering in his/her life.
