Job Satisfaction
Even though a company’s success is determined by several factors such as the quality of the product, customer-centric services, and ability of a company to adapt to change with time, I agree with the statement that a company’s long-term success is primarily dependent on the job satisfaction and the job security felt by the company's employees. Job satisfaction can be described as the feeling of fulfillment and purpose in one’s career, while job security is the assurance of a career and future. An employee who is not satisfied with their job is more likely to quit compared to individuals satisfied with their job, thus saving the company time and resources. Third, a satisfied employee will be motivated to be productive in their job and thus, provide quality services to customers. This means that employees satisfaction directly influences customer satisfaction.
