Move from the most important classification to the least important classification
Move from the largest category to the smallest one
Move from the smallest category to the largest one
If the classifications occur in a set space, move from left to right OR right to left
If the classifications occur in a set space, move from back to front OR front to back

The major objective of organizations is to maximize their profits in the most efficient way. The success of any organization depends on the management techniques of the bosses/supervisors. Bosses/supervisors employ unique ways of management in order to realize their goals. There are various types of bosses/supervisors. Each of them has defined leadership and management style differentiating them from each other. This paper seeks to classify different types of bosses/supervisors.
The first group of bosses is autocratic leaders. This class of bosses has a nature of control in their practice of management. They are obsessed with checking up and detail. Autocratic bosses try to have the whole world monopolized in their own forms. They are the kind of bosses who wants to kick others out of competition. Another type of bosses is those with the delegate style of leadership. This class of bosses possesses skills of choosing suitable employees for recruitment and retention of the best talent ever in their industry. Such bosses strongly believe that recruiting talented employees is one of the major critical elements in the business industry. They look for the capacity to conceptualize and grasp new knowledge fast, deep familiarity with the structures of work and the ability to ask questions that probe. These bosses delegate authority to their hunted managers to run their respective departments (Gates 46-50).
The other groups of bosses/supervisors are defined by their management philosophies. Bosses who use influence tactics on their employees are referred to as tactical supervisors/bosses.
