The Need for a better Customer Service Performance
As of today, Standard Office Furniture employs about 15 salespeople, in all of its branches. They serve as the forefront of our business, bridging not only the customers and the company, but even creating better relationships with them. Thus, building relationships with clients usually takes time and the ability to do so needs experience. However, yearly reports show that the turnover rate for these employees is 33% (5 out of 15) per year. Of course, replacing them would not only hinder our aim to better customer relationships, but also require us to spend money in training new hires.
