Discrimination is the prejudicial or harmful treatment of individuals because of their affiliation to a grouping or category. This can be behavioral responses towards a given group of people in restricting or not including them in a benefit enjoyed by another group of people.
The types of discrimination
Include direct, indirect and harassment.
Direct discrimination; the person is treated less favorably than the way others are treated in identical situations; for instance, a black person may not be given a job yet he has the qualifications for it but the job is given to a white man with less qualifications.
