Look at each sentence and ask yourself whether this about a cause or an effect and either label them or organize them categorically as to causes or effects.
To get the 3 body paragraph minimum, you should figure out how to add a paragraph dealing with a casual chain, or else divide one of the 2 paragraphs you have into a separate paragraph

Cause-focused: Identify your cause and its effects.
Effect-focused: Identify your effect(s) and its causes.

Body shaming has become a worldwide issue that affects everyone regardless of age, gender, class, religion, and background. It involves criticizing, ridiculing, and degrading others based on their physical appearance. Weight is a key body shaming factor. Overweight and underweight individuals as well as those who do not suit society’s definition of ‘fit’ and attractive often experience body shaming. In today’s society, body shaming is a widespread problem that negatively impacts people’s mental and physical health.
The primary cause of body shaming is the societal pressure to conform to certain body types. As noted, society has a preference for body shapes and sizes that males and females should have. For instance, society expects men to be naturally fit and not overweight. Those who appear overweight are deemed weak and incapable of performing certain masculine roles. The society also associates overweight individuals with overeating and lack of physical activities. These portrayals contribute to dislike for obese persons, resulting in body shaming to make them feel uncomfortable and change their lifestyles.
Another fundamental cause is the media. Media plays a significant role in perpetuating negative perceptions of physical appearance. Television shows, advertisements, and social media platforms regularly display celebrities aligned with attractive body types and beauty standards, leaving non-conform...
