Completion of this plan will follow a 4 step process. Each step will address specific career related questions:

To gain more experience, I would probably apply for a business marketing consultant or a business analyst position. My future plans include running a small business in a countryside, preferably in the food industry, and to expand it to the urban areas.
3 How might you get there? (What steps do you need to take to get there?)
The first step is to apply for a position in a company. After securing this position, I will be applying for a master’s degree in business marketing. When I have enough experience and savings, I will apply for a loan and find a partner for my future small business.
4 Who can help? (What resources might I use?)
Business connections are important in establishing a career. Specifically, my future colleagues, who are my classmates today, will become significant assets since one of them might become my business partner in the future. Furthermore, a good recommendation from a professor will greatly help my career.

This process starts with taking a good look at where you are currently at. What are your skills, talents and interests? Where am I now in regards to my career?

I still have a few but great experiences in management in some companies in China.

What is my view of current situation?

There are still several areas that I must learn. However, I am very positive of my current situation. I believe that with hard work and perseverance, I will achieve something relevant in life.

What have been my experiences to date?

I was the assistant in International Department of the Hangzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China from June to August 2017 and became the assistant market director of the Zhenjiang Zhongda Technology Import in June to August 2018.
In May to June 2019, I experienced being the assistant in investment banking department of China Merchants Group. Furthermore, I was able to volunteer as a teacher in Shanghai Changping Primary School from June to August 2016.

What do I enjoy most?

Apart from reading the current events and analyzing the current trends in different economies, I enjoy sports and recreational activities.

What skills come to me naturally?

It is easy for me to learn different languages. In fact, I have learned three languages by now—Chinese, Korean, and English.

What do I think my strengths/assets are? (Skills, knowledge, talents, interests)?

My strengths include public speaking and work flexibility.

What are some things people ask me to help with?

People usually ask me to help them write a speech.

What do I do well?

I am excellent at doing mathematics and stocks exchange analysis.

I am particularly good at leading. Thus, making it difficult for me to work alone.

I feel both motivated and anxious.

What does my ideal job look like?

An ideal job has a good environment with plenty of work supplies. Colleagues must have good work ethics and has good sense of responsibility and respect to time.

If I could do any job in the world what might it be and why?

I will become a pastry chef because like business operations, the measurements require perfection.
