It has come to our realization that some of the staff members do not observe the proper dress code for the company`s different occasions. We would therefore like to remind all the staff members that the appropriate dress code needs to be adhered to during the regular working hours. Our official dress code is the office wear, whereby ladies can put on trouser or skirt suits that are free enough to allow them work comfortably. Tight trousers or very short skirts are highly discouraged in the organization. Putting on casual wears during the official working days is also discouraged especially during formal meetings held in the organization. However the staff can be allowed to put on casual attires on Fridays (this is however not mandatory). Dinner dresses and wears are also encouraged during the come-together parties or any other party that is organized by the organization.
