Home is one of the basic human needs. Home or house provides shelter to human beings. This is where we live, stay and bring up our families and relatives. It gives us a sense of security, comfort, ownership and a happy lifestyle. We do save our hard earned income to buy a house or even borrow loan which we pay later.In buying a home there are several essential factors that one have to consider. This factors will guide us in acquiring home of our choice and one which will satisfy our needs. We do not want a situation where we acquire a home that will not meet our needs and thus rendering our hard saved incomes to failure. These factors are as follows:Where is the home located is one of the first factors to consider. Is the house near a market, school, hospital, police station, malls? A home that is far from these basic infrastructures is not good, as they provide essential goods and services to the family. Hence obtaining these goods and services becomes expensive and security to our homes will be inadequate. A home near a school will give education to our children without going far for school. This reduces traveling expenses and also ensuring security to our children. A home near a police post ensures security to us and our families all the times. This reduces chances of theft, kidnapping and insecurity matters. These infrastructures are essential to development of a place and we would like to live in a developed area. These utilities are necessary for living in a home. A home without water will deny the family services such as bathing, washing and cooking. Thus a home is supposed to be fully installed with these necessary utilities to make it desirable to buy and live. Luck of these utilities makes live uncomfortable and much expensive in such a home.
