The aim of any business should be to satisfy the customers at a profit. To make sure customers are happy, the focus of a property marketing strategy must be shifted from how the business feels when offering services to research on how the customers feel about the service offered. The proprietors therefore must either engage a market research firm or monitor social media sites like trip advisor in order to gauge customer satisfaction and address the specific objections of the customers.
